Emanuel Radoi is currently Professor in Signal Processing at Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO, Brest, France) and a member of the SI3 (Security, Intelligence and Integrity of Information) research team of Lab-STICC, CNRS, UMR 6285.

Emanuel Radoi graduated in Radar Systems from the Military Technical Academy of Bucharest, in 1992. In 1997 he received an MSc degree, in Electronic Engineering, and in 1999 a PhD. degree in Signal Processing, both from Université de Bretagne Occidentale. He has been an IEEE Senior Member since 2014.

Emanuel Radoi first conducted research on time-frequency analysis, superresolution radar imagery and automatic target recognition. His main research interests currently include UWB signal processing, digital communications, full-duplex techniques, spectrum sensing and sparse signal processing.
