PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS

All submissions should be written in English. Full papers should have a length of four (4) to six (6) pages, and short papers for posters a length of two (2) to three (3) pages. 

Papers should be written to adhere to the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format available here.

All submissions must be done through the website of the conference.

CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS AND INDEXING

All papers accepted and presented at the conference will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplorer or Scopus indexed Proceedings Series.

Deadline for full papers submission: January 3, 2026
Final notification of acceptance: February 20, 2026
Deadline for Camera-ready paper: March 7, 2026
Early Registration Deadline : March 22, 2026
